Regional Field Service Teams
Harmonic’s regional Service Directors manage a global team of Field Service Engineers (FSE) with a dedicated field service presence currently in 19 countries in three key regions (Americas, EMEA, and APAC). Harmonic's team of trained field service engineers are available on a pre-scheduled basis to configure and commission Harmonic systems and train customers in their use, as well as expand and upgrade systems as needs evolve. Our service and support team includes some of the industry's best talent, with working knowledge and experience with audio/video compression formats and familiarity with a wide range of solutions within the broadcast, cable, telecom, satellite, media and storage industries. Pre-scheduled on-site technical support is provided on a per day, per visit basis and can be purchased to provide a wide array of services, to include; commissioning, preventative maintenance, system tuning, and system upgrades
The regional field service teams also augment the TAC and provide on-site support when and where required to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve more complex technical issues.
Harmonic Service Directors provide strong regional leadership and ownership of customer service relationships and are personally engaged in the management and resolution of the most critical customer issues.
