Harmonic University

Harmonic offers a wide range of training options to maximize the effectiveness of your staff. This includes online training, informal "over-the-shoulder" training and traditional classroom instruction at Harmonic training centers or onsite at your facility. Please review our course offerings and schedules, and contact your account manager or Educational Services to determine the training options best suited to your needs.

Formal Training

Our instructor-led training takes place in a classroom environment, either onsite at a customer location or at a Harmonic training center. Class size is limited to eight students and includes student training guides and a set curriculum. Please see our class schedule for specific dates and times, and register online.

Individual Training Days

Individual training days provide informal hands-on operational and technical training at any location — customer, partner or Harmonic. The class size is kept to a maximum of four students, with limited course materials and a flexible curriculum. Please contact your account manager to purchase training days.

eLearning

Harmonic University offers self-pace eLearning training and techinical presentations through our web-based learning management system. To gain access to this site, please complete the registration form under the Harmonic University tab. If you have any questions, please contact Educational Services.

To arrange for an onsite class or to purchase individual training days, please contact your Harmonic account manager or Educational Services. Due to the high demand for classes, reserved spaces can only be held for five working days pending arrangement for payment.

Registration

To reserve space in one of our training courses, please complete the registration form below. Due to the high demand for classes, we can only hold a reserved space for five working days pending payment arrangements. For additional information on course offerings, registration or any other details, please contact Educational Services.

Students are responsible for their own transportation and hotel reservations. Please see our travel page for local hotel information, maps and directions to our San Jose and Farnborough training centers. Complimentary continental breakfast and lunch are provided on training days.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be provided for cancellations made more than one week before the first day of class. A 10% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made less than one week prior to the first day of class. No refund will be provided for no-shows.

Harmonic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class. In the event Harmonic cancels a class, a refund of pre-paid class fees will be issued.
