Harmonic Inc. (Nasdaq: HLIT), today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 12,500,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $12.00 per share. In connection with the offering, the Company has also granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 1,875,000 shares of common stock solely to cover overallotments, if any. The offering is being made pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and is expected to close on November 6, 2007.
The sole book-running manager of the offering is Merrill Lynch & Co., the co-lead manager of the offering is Lehman Brothers and the co-managers of the offering are Jefferies & Company and Merriman Curhan Ford & Co.
