The PWL 4100S transmitter is a compact plug-in module designed for use in
the Harmonic HLP 4200 equipment platform. An HMC 4001 module carrier is
needed to mount the transmitter in the platform. Harmonic has optimized the
PWRLink II family of transmitter modules for high-performance transmission
of RF broadband information over optical fiber networks.

Designed for the HLP 4200 platform, the PWRLink DWDM transmitter module provides a compact yet powerful addition to Harmonic’s broadband network solutions. The transmitter is capable of multiplexing up to six wavelengths over a single fiber, increasing bandwidth without requiring additional infrastructure. The PWL 4112S-DXX is optimized and tested for deployment with an NTSC channel plan, while the PWL 4112T-DXX is optimized for the international PAL channel plan.
An HMC module carrier adapter is required to mount the transmitter to the platform.
