MediaGrid Operations Web-Based Simulations



Course Description:

This eLearning knowledge base provides three different interactive simulation modes on how to setup and operate your MediaGrid environment.

Course Objectives:

At the completion of the lessons, the student will learn how to perform operational and monitoring tasks, diagnostics and various troubleshooting tasks, component maintenance tasks, and navigate and configure the SystemManager user interface.

Course Prerequisites:

Basic Linux knowledge and shell commands, TCP/IP, VLANS, switches, RAID and server storage.

Individual Training Days

Individual training days provide informal hands-on operational and technical training at any location — customer, partner or Harmonic. The class size is kept to a maximum of four students, with limited course materials and a flexible curriculum. Please contact your account manager to purchase training days.

Instructor-Led Training

Our instructor-led training takes place either via webinar or in a classroom environment, and either onsite at a customer location or at a Harmonic training center. Class size is limited to eight students and includes student training guides in electronic format and a set curriculum.
